I Drive a Fleet of Luxury Cars

Monday, April 10th, 2006

Actually I don’t, but many wealthy or wanna be wealthy people like to put on a show. So in order to afford a more luxurious or upscale vehicle, people will lease instead of buy their vehicle. But having a lease will still lock you into a long term contract and not allow you to change vehicles more frequently than every 2 years.

Well, a company in Toronto Canada has just launched a service that is the result of looking at people’s behaviour and capitalizing on their desire to impress everyone around them. If you are looking for a fun business, love cars, and have a few dollars, you might want to explore this business idea. The concept is to obtain your own fleet of upscale cars and then rent them to people for a period of 2 to 6 months at a time. So one month a person may be driving a new BMW Z4, the next month a Hummer H1 and then later that year be driving a Corvette.

You can just hear the neighbors and “The Jones” saying, how is he able to change cars so frequently. Very cool new business idea. How can you come up with a new fun business idea? How do you develop the business plan? How will you execute the plan? That’s where we come in. We can give you a step by step guide to assist you in generating that new idea, and to build the plan to develop that idea into a fun new business. Start your new business now!

I’ll take a Garden, To Go Please!

Tuesday, April 4th, 2006

My friend Tom just told me about the garden his wife just brought home. It’s a complete garden in a bag.

The “garden” consists of a container with proper drainage, potting mixture, seeds, and a plastic bag. After you have planted the garden and watered it, you secure the plastic bag over the container with the supplied rubber band to create a dome, or atrium green house. After a few days of the moisture and heat contained in the enclosure, the seeds will have sprouted and your garden is well under way. You are only a few days away from cooking with fresh herbs and enjoying the organic flavors in your dinner.

How did this product idea come about? I can’t speak for the creator of this product, but I know exactly how this type of product need could have been identified, how the “seeds” to the idea could have been captured and planted, and how the idea was “germinated”. We share this secret method with you in an easy to follow, step by step process. Start planting today!
